Reserved online but car not ready when I got there. Had to wait an hour for them to go get it from another location! I had to use the restroom since we were there so long, trash was overflowing and there were nearly a dozen dead bugs in the floor. They did promised a discount once I complained but did not seem at all concerned about screwing up my schedule and did not actually give the discount. No price details on the paperwork because their computer was down, it was still down 4 days later when I returned the vehicle so they weren’t able to give a receipt. They said they’ll email it but never did. So many other options, use a different car rental place!
