I would give Dr. Ingram 5 stars, and his office staff 1 star. Dr. Ingram is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain his thoughts. When I called to make my appointment, I was told Dr. Ingram was in network with my insurance company. A few weeks after I was seen, I received a very large bill. I called my insurance and I was told Dr. Ingram was out of network. When I called his office, I was told again, Dr. Ingram was in network, but it is my responsibility to check my plan and they don’t know anything about the plan until you get to their office. Although, when I called about my bill, they seemed to know right away why there was no coverage. I was also there a good 15 minutes until I was seen by Dr. Ingram, I could have been told then that my plan would not cover a single thing. My blood work was also sent to a lab that was out of network. This also happened to a friend of mine with her blood work, she was told it was covered and it was not. The office told me they will take 20% off my bill because that is what it would be with insurance coverage. If Dr. Ingram was in network, like I was told, and my blood work would have been sent to a different lab, my insurance would have paid 100% because I was seen for an office visit. If you are seen there, I would not count on them with your insurance plan.
