The absolute worst experience with any restaurant ever… Ordered a Big John and they delivered it to the wrong location. Sara the manager blamed me, i am still waiting for a return of funds. It has been 23 days. Run freaky fast from this location.

Yes, I think most Jimmy John’s are A-​OK and in particular this location. While I remember there was quite a bit of buzz when JJ came to town — like everyone was eating JJ for lunch at work, ordering deliverly at home and even getting JJ’s mini sandwiches catered at events — it has since died down in my book.
So that being said, it had been a good year or two since I’ve had JJ. But I was hungry after running around nearby Lake Cunningham and it just seemed like the best option for some quick grub around the 72nd and Sorensen area.
I ordered their signature #1 Pepe on their not-​so-​signature whole wheat. The staff was extremely nice, the store was super-​clean and they were lightning fast in prepping my sandwich, all as usual. The sandwich, you know, was good. Too much mayo, as usual, but still good.
Realistically, if I’m in a similar situation, I’ll end up driving an extra mile or two for some mom-​and-​pop grub, but JJ will do just fine now and again.
