Contacted Perry at JPS HVAC after another HVAC company tried to sell us a bill of goods.
He was honest, responsive and straight forward. No up selling or nonsense. In fact, no selling because the HVAC is still working so there was no need to replace it. Last week, our furnace quit working. Called Perry at 3pmEDT and he arrived at the house with his team at 530PMEDT. Was there for a couple of hours. Disproved most of the previous company’s evaluation. Corrected the problem and saved us a ton of money. Need more honest, responsive and straight shooting guys like Perry. Highly recommend them.

Originally called another company and they told me I needed a whole new furnace and AC. I thought this was absurd, and I happened to come across JP’s card somehow and called them for a 2nd opinion. Sure enough it was an easy, quick fix and was just $ 175. Soooo glad I called them and will definitely only be using them in the future. Very honest and extremely quick service. Thanks so much!
