We have used Kelly’s Carpet to furnish several homes over the last 7 years. We did experience installation problems on our tile, grout and wood flooring. When our custom home was complete and we uncovered the expensive solid wood flooring, it was all wavey with the ends curling up. Neither Kelly’s or Mohawk would honor the lifetime warranty that this expensive flooring was suppose to have and refused to take responsibility for anything. Both pointed fingers at each other and in the end when our attorney became involved they both turned it around on us. Would never shop at Kellys again, nor will we ever purchase anything made by Mohawk again. Buyer Beware!
