Just wow. Situation: customer in drive through did not receive what she believed she ordered. She entered the restaurant to hopefully correct her order. Manager who was working the drive through greeted her in a hostile manner, and basically TOLD her what she ordered and she was wrong to come in and question.
When the customer attempted to explain what she said, the Manager then dropped the f bomb and told the customer to «Shut the F up.» Suddenly we the customers in the restaurant were treated to a back and forth f bomb fest’.
Manager was wrong. Fire her! Unbelievable.

This is by far the most frustrating fast food restaurant in Millard. Every time I have ever gone here, including last night, we are always told they are out of whatever we order. Ordered a two piece meal, told we only have two thighs, ordered a 10 piece chicken bites were told we only have 9. (To there credit they said they would just throw in a chicken strip to balance the order) ordered a mashed potato bowl, which they did have but when I got it it looked & tasted, along with every thing else we ordered, as if it had been sitting on a warmer all day. When we picked up our order, we had to go back as they left part of our order out. I have absolutely no idea why we continue to give them a shot once a year thinking it will get better, It never will. Save your money go elsewhere!
