Came here for my sister’s wedding. Staff didn’t start off super polite until we intended to pay more money, the of course the attitudes changed(thought they would be more polite to the bride at least!). My lady for the facial and foot detox was super sweet and wish I could remember her name because I would go back when I travel to Omaha just to see her. Never had a facial and she made the process easy and explained everything she was doing making sure I was comfortable the whole time. My sister stated the lady who helped her was also very helpful. A rough start but thankfully it ended well.

I’m an average person, looking for services & products that make life easier . It’s hard to compare a dr’s dermatologist office and a spa, they both try to give your complexion good results, in my case adult acne . Dr office uses peels and lasers, which are harsh for my sensitive skin. Results good, but looking for alternative skin options Spas can be relaxing & pampering but results are what count . I was happy with the result of the facial. They ask, what are your goals for your face and they decide what’s best, later you can request something else. The price reasonable, they have a small retail area and a large cosmetic area They provide many services here. Advice on how to care for your skin given after your session, so ask questions, The person who took care of me was professional, friendly and accessible . The only drawback, is that it’s far away from where I live in papillion. I give it a good rating

How lovely! This place was a rare Groupon win! Walking in was a bit confusing as there was only one stylist present who was busy with a makeup consultation right in front. I eventually noticed a computer check-in station, but as I approached, I was seen by a lady in her office who explained that the computers were down, and instead greeted me personally and found paperwork to get me started. My esthetician then came out with a warm introduction and showed me around and asked lots of questions. She put me at ease and was incredibly nice. We were through with the torture(waxing) in an impressive 15 minutes, and she was thorough and fabulous. The website promised hygiene wipes in the bathroom, which were not there, as well as a product designed to delay hair growth, which was never mentioned if it was applied, and never offered for purchase. Altogether a great experience though — I’ve already booked my follow up, and told friends to buy the groupon!

I went here several years ago and I have been wanting to go back for a while, I bought my sister a gift card here for Christmas one year and it was a great gift she loved it! I went to buy my sister her gift card and I was really confused when I walked in, because there was no front desk and it was just like a waiting room and then 2 big French doors I could not see in because there were curtains, I finally noticed a check in station and a doorbell, so I rang the doorbell and someone came out to me. When my sister made her appointment to use her gift card she also booked a facial for me. When we go there we checked in on the computer and sat in the waiting room which was filled with cookies, fruits, and snacks everywhere. When we were taken back to our separate rooms the women was looking at my skin and she recommended another type of facial for my skin, this was several years ago so she recommend the teen facial for me which actually came out to be cheaper than the facial I had booked which was nice. When we were done they let us both try facial creams and things that they of course wanted us to buy and gave us a card to bring when we come back to let them know what we had done while there. I haven’t been back just due to the fact I always forget about it and I am so busy. I pass is often on my way home and I always say how I want to go back there.

Very unprofessional staff members at the front desk. I received an email a few days ago confirming an appointment that I didn’t book. I called to inform them that I didn’t book a spa treatment with them so that they could at least have their calendar clear. I was told that they inadvertently attached the wrong record and that there was another person with my name that should have an appointment. OK great! Just 15 minutes ago today I receive a call from Kimberly Spa confirming an appointment for Ashley, I explain that this is NOT Ashely’s phone and there must be some sort of mix up again but the person from Kimberly Spa goes on to tell me that she is looking for Ashley — I then tell her that this is not Ashly’s phone and that she has now wasted 5 more minutes of my time — she then slams the phone down in my face. Huh you have the audacity to call my phone and then hang up in my face… You seem a little desperate for business — maybe if you were more professional and had a better appointment system you would have more business. Please remove me from you client list because I now go to a fantastic spa«Revive Spa» in Papillion, NE — professional and FANTASTIC massage!

I bought a Groupon for a 1 hour makeup lesson. I was really excited to try something new. I stopped wearing makeup on a regular basis after my youngest daughter was born and felt like I was in a rut. As a mother of 2 I tend to take the back burner on taking care of me. I went in to my appointment and spent my first 5 minutes filling out a questionnaire while the two staff members were discussing their shopping plans for the next day. I was then placed in a chair in the middle of the reception area. Then, she began my «lesson». She showed me how to apply makeup in the same colors I have at home using the same application process I have used since I started wearing makeup 20 years ago. Primer, mineral foundation, blush, two shades of brown eye shadow, brown eyeliner and mascara and I was declared beautiful. Thanks, I could have done this at home for free. She proceeded to ask me if there was any product used that I loved and wanted to purchase. I told her I had all of the same things in the same shades at home, except the primer. She told me the primer was $ 41. No thank you! Then I was shown to the checkout counter 5 feet from where I had been and given my receipt and told I could«add whatever gratuity I chose». Five minutes at the checkout counter and I was out the door… exactly 20 minutes after I walked in. I left extremely disappointed. I was hoping for a fresh look, and walked out looking the same as every time I bother with makeup.

I got a facial here the other day for the first time. I enjoy facials more than I do just about any other spa experience and one thing I am always looking for is a place that I can become loyal to when it comes to getting facials. I find myself bouncing from place to place around Omaha. Mind you, I probably get two facials a year so it’s not something that I regularly have the opportunity to enjoy. Kimberly spa might just be the place that I become loyal too. Very relaxing environment the facialist was very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and overall the experience was very relaxing. I think their prices for services and products are very reasonable. Some places in Omaha do a lot of product pushing, which is always such a turnoff for me. The facialist I had recommended some products but certainly did not push them, I appreciated her approach. Michelle was my facialist and she didn’t excellent job!
