Lifetime Hardwood Floors

We hired Trevor in Sept 2014 to install Bamboo flooring in an existing home. We provided the flooring. Trevor was responsible for tear out of tile flooring and installing bamboo to match up with existing bamboo flooring.
Initially Trevor did an excellent job, we knew going into the project that this was a big task and were patient with the progress. Initially the progress went great. Then it came to a standstill.
The flooring was installed yet finish work needed completed. We contracted him to cut in vents as well as install base shoe.
So here we are now in March 2015 (6 month later) and we have vents laying on the floor not installed. He says he custom ordered them but they are not right. They are the incorrect thickness. So instead of admitting the error, he just simply has not returned to finish the job. He has been paid in full (our mistake) now we have $ 800 worth of vents that we can not use, nail holes that are not patched and also promised was buffing of the floor which also has never been done.
Needless to say for a flooring expert, we are sadly disappointed. We have made several attempts to contact Trevor and he does not return any calls or text messages. I would not recommend Trevor and from what we have seen, he did not do the quality of work as per his title of Wood Floor Master Craftsman.
