Mark Shepard is an excellent craftsman, but even more, he’s a joy to work with. He’s a careful listener, very laid back and responsive to his customers, and he doesn’t try to push anything on you. I had a custom engagement ring made here and couldn’t be happier with the end product, and with his continuing service and free maintenance. He also does restorations and works with any stones you might bring in. We’ll be going back here for our wedding bands, and any other time we need some professional jewelry work done.
