They are in a huge class action law suit for a reason. I cancelled my contract and they STILL tried to get more $$ out of me. Men therapist are creepy. I don’t want to get to graphic but I don’t like my therapists to breath heavy on me and rub up against me with something other than their hands
I’ve tried numerous therapists…
My friends have similar stories… YUCK!!!

Love this place. Caring staff, very clean and professional. They are expanding the rooms soon; I’m hoping they put in a couples massage room as well. Love my masseuse Cari!

They charged me for massages I already paid for. They told me I must talk to a manager but every time i call one isn’t available. I would never again get a membership with this organization. The last massage I had was horrible. There are a few good therapists but you will waste money trying to find them. Horrible unethical business practice.

I love massages so much I didn’t know it was possible to get a bad massage. until now. The therapist honestly didn’t know what she was doing and spent the whole trying to work out knots that didn’t exist — and it was NOT enjoyable. I’m so mad I wasted my time and money. I will never be back.

I had a hour and a half hot stone massage with Tony today and it was AMAZING! I was a little nervous because of the stones, but it turned out to be just what I needed. Tony applied just the right amount of pressure and didn’t try to talk to me too much as I relaxed. Outside of the stones, Tony’s hands were also great. I will definitely go back and will ask for Tony!
