Originally, this review was terribly long. But you all don’t need to hear me vent. What you need to know is that this place has terrible customer service. It was terrible when I checked in my car and they took the keys but didn’t tell me to wait, sit down, etc. Just left me standing there. It was terrible when they decided something needed fixing but didn’t offer any details on why, how much it would cost, how long it would take, etc. It was terrible when they failed to tell me that the part wasn’t in stock and so someone was bringing it over — meaning I would wait longer than I ever imagined. It was terrible when the owner vented about his employees to me — i don’t need that as a customer. I feel bad about this review — I’m sure he’s just a nice guy trying to make it with a local business. But this experience was RIDICULOUS. I will NOT be back.
