I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while…
These guys are AWESOME!!!
I managed vehicle maintenance shops for over a decade and I can tell you Millard Auto’s technical and customer services are superb! I recommend these guys to friends and family…

Needed an inspection done soon. He didn’t have an opening for a week or so, but instead of stringing me along or asking me to wait when I needed the car done ASAP, he recommended another shop for me to go to. It takes a great business to «pass» on business because it’s more convenient for the customer.

So the only reason I didn’t go with the fifth star, is because it’s still an auto shop, and it is never enjoyable when your car needs work.
I was referred here by a friend/​co-​worker when my car was sucking down coolant and I finally gave in to having it looked at.
I was told Dan (the owner) was really trustworthy and honest, two characteristics that are not common in auto shops. He had me bring my car in that evening so he could look at it the next day. He quoted me first and explained exactly what the problem was.
When I picked up my car the following day, he told me «oh yeah, I also noticed a leak in your oil line, and I went ahead and took care of that free of charge».
I am excited to finally have a car shop that I don’t feel violated after I leave.
Not that I look forward to using Dan’s services again, but at least I won’t have to bring my own lube when I do!
I will definately be a repeat customer.
