Not sure what everyone is talking about in terms of customer service. I didn’t get a word from any of my 3 nail techs. 3 NAIL TECHS, I got switched into 3 different spots while getting my nails done which is not relaxing.
They didn’t get my callus off, I didn’t get a foot massage and they did 1 layer of nail polish on my toes.
My fingers have noticeable lines where the bottom coat covered the entire nail and the top coat did not. They thinned out their nail polish in the middle of doing my nails. Probably because ALL of their nail polish looked like it was 3 years old.
This establishment is all about getting people in and out, they take on more clients than they should. Jeopardizing customer service.
Awful nail salon, thankfully I don’t live in Omaha and I’ll never be back.

My nail tech of 9 years moved and I was searching for a place to go, so I came in to this salon. It was close to my home and work and turned out it was a good choice. They did great! Ricky & Pearl are so nice and friendly. I get acrylic nails and pedicures. I usually get colored tips and they always look good. They also do fantastic nail art on my toes! Anyway, the customer service is exceptional. I am a regular customer!

The people are so friendly, and our pedicures were fantastic. Hot stones, warm towels, and — when we asked — they even let us hold the adorable Pom puppy! That is my perfect recipe for relaxation.

I came to this nail salon after one of my clients recommended it and I was so fed up with my old salon that I couldn’t bear to go back. They are the nicest people you will ever meet and really take the time to do a good job. I come in with crazy ideas for my nails and they always do exactly what I had in mind! They get you in no matter what time of day or how busy they are and you can tell they really love what they do. Also, it’s always a pleasure to see Bear and Bee, the sweet, fluffy little dogs that are always happy to keep your lap warm during a nail service. I am happy the second I walk in the door and I am always happy when I leave. Great customer service, great quality, great employees an overall enjoyable experience.

Very friendly and skilled. I got an excellent shellac. An added bonus is the 2 adorable Pom dogs that lounge around! I may be a repeat client just to see those adorable puppies!

Their customer service is great, that is definitely true. Very nice people and give lots of attention and care to every client. Unfortunately their skill for nails is not up to par with any salon I’ve ever been too. I got an acrylic fill and it was so bumpy, uneven at the tips, and had such a gunky paint job on top, that I went home stripped them, filed them myself and repainted them. My friend got shellac there a separate time and texted me a little too late that it looked horrible and was not worth a visit. I feel bad as I like their customer friendly environment, but I go to a nail place with the focus of having good looking nails.
