Mr. Rooter Plumbing Of Omaha

My husband called Mr. Rooter last Sunday afternoon at 2pm, because we had water backing up through our basement drain. We were happy to hear that they didn’t charge extra for Sunday visits, so we had them add us to the list for that day. At that time we were told there were 3 jobs ahead of us. When we still hadn’t heard from anyone around 6:30, my husband called back and we were told the plumber was «running behind.» He finally called at 8, but due to cell phone issues, the call immediately went to voicemail without ringing. When we discovered the voicemail 20 minutes later, my husband immediately called back and left a message, because no one answered at that number. We never heard back that evening. The next morning, when we still hadn’t heard back, my husband called Aksarben ARS, who came out promptly and took care of the problem, with great customer service. We never heard back from anyone from Mr. Rooter and will not call them again or recommend them, due to the poor customer service.
