This is a cute little shop located in Rockbrook Village. As the name suggests, they sell infused olive oils and flavored balsamic vinegars as well as dried mushrooms, sea salts and pottery. I believe the owners were working when I’ve stopped in and they are enthusiastic about answering questions and letting you sample some of the products. My very favorite is the garlic infused olive oil. A smaller bottle is $ 10 and the larger is $ 16.00. I’ve tried a few of the balsamic vinegars including pumpkin and fig. The staff can help determine what pairs best with certain foods. I’ve bought some bottles as gifts and they wrap it up nicely in a gift bag with a bow. My buy 10 get one free punch card is nearly full.

Having visited several oil and vinegar stores on the West coast, I can say that the selection here was smaller than what I am accustomed too. That said, the gentleman manning the store today (perhaps the owner?) was very helpful and enthusiastic about the product.
As with most oil & vinegar stores, you are encouraged to sample via small paper cups (like the ketchup cups you find in fast food restaurants). I sampled 3 combinations based on the gentleman’s recommendation and tasted 3 others I thought I may like. I ultimately went with a jalapeño/​lime and then a pear balsamic. The small bottles were $ 10 each. I also asked about some seasonal rotation and the gentleman filled me in some of the combinations they do throughout the year.
Yet ANOTHER store that I will likely spend too much time and money on but well worth it.
