Sad customer service. My lobster order did not arrive in time for Mother’s Day. Customer service was no help. I had to ask my Mom to refuse the order so I cold get a refund!!! How bad is that. I will also notify VISA.

Omaha Steaks are pretty much standard no matter where you buy them from, so this review is more about the location than the delicious steaks!
At first I was expecting to take some of these steaks with me on the plane, however you no longer can do that. Due to the lack of liquids through security, they will no longer let you take steaks with you. In exchange they will do FREE SHIPPING for you, as long as you spend $ 50 (which is pretty easy to do).
The guy was extremely friendly and opened up a couple of boxes for us so we could see exactly how our steaks would look when they come. Additionally he even suggested that for future reference if we need steaks to just call their location directly and they can do the free shipping from there. Definitely something good to keep in mind.
