This store is a waste of time, money, and effort. Not only are the staff rude and extremely slow to help or do their job, they lie to you regarding items you bring in. I brought in a basket, went carefully through to make sure clothes were not stained or worn and made sure they were all washed and folded before hand, just as I normally do with B2B. Out of all the clothes they took(a very small amount) I noticed that they were all winter clothes and on top of that clothes that were less apealing than most of what I had brought in. They not only gave me barely anything, but told me that they didnt accept most of it because it was worn or stained. I literally laughed out loud at them when I heard this. I pointed out the shoes I had brought in were brand new never worn, as they were too small when given as a gift. They repeated they were too worn. I understand if they are out of season, but dont lie to my face about it. I noticed the prices were quite high for the clothes they offered, which were more worn than what I had brought in as well. I took the tiny amount of money and the basket I took into B2B a few days later. Surprise, surprise they took almost all of it. What they didnt take they told me honestly that it was out of season for them and to bring it back in the spring and maybe they could take it then. On top of that, the prices at B2B were much more reasonable, and the clothes in much better condition as well. I have learned my lesson, I wont sell to another store like this out of impatience.

This store doesn’t accommodate to their prime customer, moms. They have no regard or concern for your time and it’d be nice if they provided carts so you could shop without holding or chasing after your child. They provide a ‘play area’ but it’s in the corner of the store where you can’t see your child unless you’re shopping in that corner. Furthermore, the staff is rude and the product is dirty.

Came here looking for a preemie dress for Christmas and their preemie section is mixed in with all newborn and 0 – 3 month clothes. I can tell you these sizes are not the same. When I would find something that read preemie or newborn you have to double check the outfits tag because all their stuff is labeled incorrectly. I understand they need to make money off of the items they purchased but for second hand this place is super expensive! Spend the extra dollar and go buy it new. I waited in line to ask about preemie/newborn selection and when it was my turn the girl left! Went to the back counter to tag items. So I waited in the other line to ask someone else. They didn’t seem to care if they got my business or not. Not at all what I was expecting! I will not return to this store. They did receive one star because of the amount of clothes they have to offer. However plan to spend all day looking for the correct size.

As far as resale shops go this is the best one in Omaha. I’ve been bringing my children’s clothes and toys here for a few years now. They are often quite busy so be prepared to come back the next day to pick up your payment. They always pay a fair price — especially for clothes. As far as baby equipment and toys go, I’ve found you will get more money if you sell the items yourself on CL, but selling here instead is worth the convenience for me. I find their reward program and emails with coupons and resell bonuses nice too!

Employees are rude-mannered and also vague about their rules, which they have a lot of. Overall, It was a waste of time, gas, and energy trying to sell to them. Drop your things off at Goodwill instead!
