Penny Wise Printing

I have just received my envelopes from
. They are perfect. It took just a hair longer than I expected, but John said that he had to clean up my logo a bit to make it as clear as possible. Understandable and much appreciated.
I was at first a bit skeptical due to all the negative feedbacks on several sites, but the envelopes came out great and the price was fantastic.
I would highly recommend this place to print your envelopes!

Wow… like the previous review I’m surprised this company is still in business without any real customer service. I placed an order online just like I had done several times before and my order kept getting cancelled for one reason or another.
Just today 01÷29÷15 I received an email from ???(not sure whytthey can’t reply with a name) stating the following:
— ORDER CANCELATION — NO REPLY PLEASE
No money has been exchanged.
After careful consideration and reviewing your previous order comments we are unable to process your order request.
Our records show you stated in writing and verbal a great deal of dissatisfaction of our product.

What? just because I previously told John Booth last year that the checks were not the exact same ones I had… he had assured me they were the same. ANY HOW… this is what I did. Just like the last reviewer I googled check printing and guess what a WHOLE lot options came up. I went with Costco and guess what again… they are wayyyyyyyy cheaper. Pennywise was charging $ 217 for 2000 checks w/​free shipping. Nope not really free shipping. Costco came in at $ 120 because I chose the option to track my order if not it would be $ 10 less. YUP plenty of options out there. I recommend looking elsewhere than pennywise for your printing needs.

I placed an order with this company and cannot believe how bad they are. I placed an order online and called to see how long the proofs would take. This was a simple order, envelopes and letterhead. I spoke to John Booth, who is apparently the owner of the business. He told me the proofs would take a couple of days. A couple of days later I emailed and asked the status of the proofs and he replied with the following email:
«Please consider every inquire equals delays — This is the begging of the 2^nd day in process and you have now contacted us twice.»
As a small business owner, I couldn’t believe this ridiculous email. I called John and asked him to explain the email and he said, «We’ll just cancel your order,» and hung up on me. Definitely not the way to do business. Fortunately, online printing is highly competitive and it only take 30 seconds on google to find someone else to do the job. Don’t waste your time with this guy.
