Thank you Godfathers for getting my 9 large pizzas done for a 6pm meeting. I called this Pizza Hut location at 2pm, feeling like I was giving them plenty of time for pizzas at 6. After the gentleman who answered the phone gave me a lecture on calling a couple days ahead for that many pizzas. He stated they may not always have enough pizza dough, he would make a exception for me this time… I took my $ 160 worth of business somewhere else.

Have you ever had a craving for a great thin crusted pizza only to be sorely disappointed? That was my experience tonight around 7 pm at this location. Ordered extra sauce and there was virtually NO sauce on the large pizza I ordered. It was a cracker with cheese on it! So bummed! Further, asked for napkins and was thrown 3 napkins for a large pizza by the person waiting on me-he seemed indignant that I asked for napkins to begin with. Really disappointing, especially I worked for Pizza Hut years ago while going through college. Next time will go with a competitor!

You know what you are going to get with a pizza hut, right? Well, for food anyway. I’ve always liked Pizza Hut. Really it’s some of the best and most consistent«chain» pizza around. Normally a place like this would get 3 stars, but this place has something other Pizza Huts or most chain restaurants don’t have. Top notch employees that care about the customer. If you are like me, you’ve pulled through a Taco John’s or two at 10:54pm just to be told they closed at 11. Arguing never helps and is not recommended with people that are making your food. I usually do it anyway. Well, I’m happy to report you don’t get this typical food service attitude when calling this location. I’ve called after closing, I’ve made all kinds of weird requests like super light cheese or «call my cell phone when it’s done, I’ll be at the bar next door» and they are ALWAYS happy to accommodate. I used to believe it was just the young lady I usually speak with, as she’s always the one there and the one that offered to make a pizza even though they were closed. Then, while waiting for a pizza one night, a couple guys came out from that back and were overly helpful about how to order to insure the right amount of cheese. They even wanted me to check the pizza before leaving to make sure I was happy with it. I don’t know how they did it here, but they found young employees with great attitudes and genuinely concerned about you the customer.
