Pizza Hut

Ho boy! This store needs serious help! First, I love the Pizza Hut app for my iPhone… Easy to use and I like the user interface and order confirmation email with an ETA on the delivery.
Now for the bad Bad news; this particular store seems to have trouble processing the online orders and getting the pizza delivered. 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I called to find the status of our order. The first person misled me then the Manager got on the phone and blatantly lied… All to learn they still hadn’t left the restaurant with my order! My suggestion; pick up a ‘take and bake’ pizza from the competition less than a block away.

I love the BBQ pizzas here they are made to perfection and the staff is very friendly and kind. Quality if very good and toy can’t beat 10 $ Any pizza deals.

I was thrown off by the immature staff when I arrived. I get it’s fast food, but no management to be found. If they were around, clearly not paying attention. Slow night, end childish convos when customers come in and keep them ended while a customer waits.
I was literally writing a negative review but the girl, «Quita» I believe was her name, brought my order out. She was really helpful and nice. Food was good but with it being a national chain, how the store is ran is the real piece that matters.
Three stars: good food, one staff member was really good, rest clearly needed direction or to take more pride in work. Not bad employees, just too comfortable. Didn’t make me feel like the place was really great. Work doesn’t have to suck, but it shouldn’t be like the high school lunch room. That’s all. Just gave me a bad impression. Three stars ain’t bad either. Hard to overcome early impressions though. It’d of been 5 otherwise.

I heard Pizza hut got new Items (Crusts, sauses, drizzles, and toppings). SO i decided to order some for take out.

With asiago cheese crust. the crust was Great it was like having a flavored bread stick

Spinach and Peruvian Cherry Peppers
with a Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Balsamic Drizzle and a Ginger boom boom Crust.
This one was OK. I liked the flavor i just didn’t like the ginger crust.
It seems like that flavor does not fit on the pizza (My fault for ordering)

nothing special but still good
Overall i like the new options and i like that they are «free.»
Will order again
