This pizza hut used to be great. It has got progressively worse & tonight it was horrible. I ordered online so I can see the order I placed. The order arrived 20 minutes after the delivery time, missing cheese sticks & the pizza made wrong.

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut location for more than 10 years. We wanted to order tonight and with the experience we had, I give this experience zero stars. First, I was put on hold for EIGHT minutes. It’s Monday night. I guess Monday Night Football keeps them busy. During those EIGHT minutes(before I hung up) I heard the hold message about 20 times. That message told me about Pizza Hut’s «Any Deal.» Any medium pizza, any crust, any topping just $ 6.99 for two. After I called back to get a body to answer the phone, I proceeded to order the«Any Deal» stuffed crust medium with stuffed crust. I was interrupted and told that stuffed crust doesn’t apply. I told the guy on the phone about what I heard on hold. He said, let me ask my manager. Ah, no — that does not include stuffed crust. I hung up disgusted, then decided I would call back and ask the manager myself if this is right. At this point, it’s so not about getting Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza. It’s about clarity and honesty. The manager told me that«had I listened» to the message, I would know that the offer does not include stuffed crust. I told her I’m pretty sure what I heard as I was on hold for EIGHT minutes. To which she replied, «Well, we’re busy!» I said, «good for you. I’ll call Mama’s Pizza(which I should have done in the first place) and pay about four times as much for a better pizza. She said, «you go right ahead and do that,» and hung up on me. So, there you go. Mmmmm, I can smell the Mama’s pizza now. Bu-buy, Pizza Hut. Save your«Any Deal» for someone who doesn’t give a crap about truth in advertising.

Let me say first off that the pizza is always good, delivered in a timely fashion, and the delivery drivers are always very friendly. But the reason for the 2-star rating is that every pizza I have ordered has come wrong. I always order online, I get the same pizza every time off their standard menu. I always click the light sauce button and the add mushrooms button. The first time I ordered it, it came without mushrooms and it did not have light sauce, and the second time it came with white sauce(the pizza has red sauce). Granted both times the pizza was still good, but not what I had ordered. I don’t know if I will be ordering from there a third time.

Terrible. Go anywhere else. I have ordered online several times from this store, and had it not been for a screw up the first time, it would have been the last. Delivery takes, on average, an hour and 45 minutes, with a record time of an hour and a half for a delivery. Items are frequently forgotten, and special instructions are ignored entirely. First time I ordered, I asked for two drinks, and received neither. The food was cold, but cooked entirely at least. Delivery time 1.5 hours for two pizzas sodas and breadsticks. Having received a credit, I ordered again. This time breadsticks were forgotten. Again, I was given a credit. Food was also only lukewarm at best. Delivery time was 2 hours. The third order was finally right, and only took an our and a half, and warmish. I decided to order from somewhere else. Several months later, I decided to try my luck again. Another 2 hour delivery, with cold food. I was unable to call the restaurant this time, as the phone was always busy or went to a fax machine. After getting through(finally) my meal was comped, and was told it was on its way. 20 minutes later it had still not arrived. I called again, and was told it had been sent out, but there was another delivery ahead of mine. How this restaurant manages to make any money baffles me. There are several other pizza places in the area(Try Pitch, its right across the street, a little pricey, but GREAT pizza.) which have stellar customer service and quality.

Don’t bother. It’s fast food that promises a two+ hour wait time for a delivery. I think most people wouldn’t waste their time on a wait this long, man.

I have to share my recent experience at the 50th and Underwood Pizza Hut location in Omaha, NE. This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Normally, my boyfriend and I frequent Domino’s. We decided to give Pizza Hut a shot, since we hadn’t been there in a while and there is one only a few blocks from our house(we did pick-up). We went on , and found a ‘Big Monday’ special(2 medium pizzas with 3 toppings for $ 6 each). We also ordered breadsticks,(which were free, as there was a link for 1st time internet customers). This was ordered at 5:50pm, with a pick up time of 6:14pm. I got to the store at 6:15pm. There was an employee named Michael at the front desk, taking an order from a couple in front of me. He seemed very short and curt with them. After the couple went to sit down, Michael stood in front of me for almost three minutes while typing on his computer and talking to a co-worker, during which time I was never acknowledged. Finally, he asked what I needed. I told him I had a pick-up order which I had submitted online. He couldn’t find my name, and turned to his left and picked up a ticket. He stated that my ticket was never sent through, and they hadn’t even started the order yet. No apology, just told me that the printer wasn’t working right, and that I would need to wait 10 more minutes for my food. I came back 10 minutes later, and my food was still not ready. As I sat and waited, I proceeded to watch Michael answer the phones and repeatedly speak rudely to customers, put them on hold by saying he had another call(none would ring through), then he would put the phone down and go talk to his employees and joke around. I witnessed a call where he told a customer who gave him an address, «Well I don’t know where the hell that is, wouldn’t it be smarter to tell me a cross street, then I can figure it out?» He then put them on hold and walked away. Five minutes later, another employee mentioned to Michael that there was still a call on hold. At one point, a female employee came up to the front and was SCREAMING at Michael, cursing and laughing, and he would curse right back. It was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. Finally, at 6:45, He told me my order was ready. He brought out 2 pizzas. I mentioned we had breadsticks as well, and he called back to the employees. They replied to him that they had ‘thrown them away’, and he told me I would have to wait longer for breadsticks. At this point, I just wanted to leave, so I told him never mind. He offered me a 2 liter pop for my wait, which I thought was almost insulting considering they cost the company less than a dollar and I had been there so long. He rang me up, and stated it would be $ 19. I told him the total I was quoted online($ 15.36), and said it was the ‘Big Monday’ special. He told me they no longer offer that, and I told him it was on the website. I said ‘well it is on there, and that was my total’, and he said ‘I don’t know anything about any special’. At this point, I asked for a manager, and he stated he WAS the manager. Finally, after arguing, he agreed to charge me $ 15. I was visibly shaken by the time I left the store, as I have never experienced such grandiose mistreatment by a company’s employee, let alone a manager. After all this, I get home and my pizza is white. It looked like it was in the oven a total of 5 minutes, and was doughy inside and out. I cannot believe the emotional ringer I had just been through, all for pizza that was undercooked, and an order that was incomplete. I will certainly never return to that location, for fear of being ‘served’ by Michael again. I had numerous customers come in and out while I waited, and all of them mentioned how horrible the service regularly is at this location.
