I work very nearby and we used to go here all the time, but they get the order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This location has turned me into a Starbucks girl. And I think they got a new manager a few months back, now every time I go through the drive thru its a series of canned upsells «Would you like an extra shot? And a blueberry muffin with that? Would you like to reload your card today and get that drink free?» instead of just focusing on giving friendly service and making the drink I ordered. I don’t know where the problem lies because even when they repeat it back right, it always ends up being a totally different drink.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cappuccino is very good! I am editing my post from 8 months ago. This place has really grown on me. I really enjoy my coffee from here. Personality of the place keeps getting better!

I enjoy the atmosphere here. The fireplace is great, and it’s small and cosy with some good study spots. However, the coffee is weak sauce. So, if you don’t want much of a coffee taste, you may like it. The non-​coffee drinks are decent though. I was satisfied with their chai.

Met a friend here to catch up & they had VERY LOUD ROCK playing @ 930 in the morning! Couldn’t enjoy our conversation at all! Asked to turn down the volume &/​or change the type of music… never happened! I’d think twice before going thetè if you want a quiet & enjoyable experience!

I have really tried, honestly, I have given them many chances — but the coffee is just too weak, watery and inconsistent for my liking. I am not the type to spend a daily sum on coffee; rather, it is more of an every-​once-​in-​a-​while treat. Since I can make better coffee out of the Folgers can at home, I think I will start saving my bucks or go elsewhere.
On a postive note, the staff are always very friendly at this location and service is speedy.

Three stars for the free wifi, and people watching. The coffee is not that good. The expresso is not much better. Unless you order a fancy drink (caramelious), and spend $ 6 on a large drink, go spend your money on Starbucks. At least there I can get a good cup of coffee, and free refills, due to my GOLD CARD status!
