At first my card number was compromised. And someone stole 407 dollars from me. Great right… not
Well security national bank was very helpful in that aspect by assisting me in all my needs and even refunded my money. But when I was issued my new card a week later my LAST NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG. OK that’s fine, someone clearly fell asleep at the keyboard. So I called again to tell them the problem and a new card was issued again– a week later, i received it in the mail only to see my LAST NAME SPELLED WRONG AGAIN. Seriously? How the heck does this happen again. I need one reason why I shouldn’t come and pull all of my money out and go get better service somewhere eles.
