My wife and I are not regulars at this Starbucks. We came here because it was the closest Starbucks to a place we had to be at on that Saturday morning.
We walk in, waited in line and the barista took our order. He was SO nice and patient with us, (I had a free drink with my rewards so I was throwing him a lot of stuff). We paid and waited only a few minutes for our order. Both drinks tasted amazing.
The experience was fast, pleasant, and a breath of fresh air with how nice the engaged the cashier was when taking our order.
If I lived closer to this Starbucks, I would make this my wife and I’s go to, it was that good.

This is a good Starbucks with space to work and outlets to plug into etc. The problem is that at 3pm it is completely taken over by High school kids. None of them, not one, buy anything, but completely take over the place. They make it noisier and way more crowded and just sit there without buying anything. So avoid it between 3−5pm. So frustrating. Most coffee shops you can’t just come and hang out without buying something.

I prefer local coffee houses, but as far as Starbucks goes, this is my favorite location. Fast service and they always get my vente ice vanilla soy latte right lol!

I stopped in for a quick chai and a raspberry pound cake slice made its way out the door with me, I really liked this Starbucks a lot. clean great staff and I had my items in no time and was on my way to work. easy to stop in from Pacific and get out of the lot too.

Have been loyal customer since the doors opened. Have many, many friends who also go. But the ongoing problem with the «regional «manager Heather has many of us looking for another place to spend our $ 10 – 15 each trip. She’s unapproachable and has this habit of embarrassing the staff (only select ones) IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! It’s unprofessional, uncalled for…
As an update to an earlier post, let me say I’m most appreciative that corporate Starbucks reached out, and my many friends from 87th and Pacific street plan to meet with that person when he comes to town.
The overall staff @ this particular store are efficient, polite and friendly. It’s actually why many of us drive so far… The staff. The baristas do the heavy lifting and I’ve made great friends over the years with many of them. I continue to patronize this Starbucks and so do my many friends. The people that really matter, the staff behind the bar are why we go.

Starbucks, it’s consistent. I can go into any Starbucks and get a Pike’s Place medium roast anywhere in the nation and it still carries that strong bold flavor. I’m not normally a proponent of all things corporate but sometimes they do get it right. Coffee, industrial design, atmosphere, and WiFi. That’s all I really need. –end of rant, back to studying! I’ve been to just about all of the Starbucks in the Omaha Metro. This was my second time here. I like my Very Berry Hibiscus a particular way and they are respectful of that and make it in a jiffy. Less berries, stirred not shaken. Pretty simple. I’ve had starbucks locations refuse to do it before. I’ve had them go as far as pretending they are out of the Very Berry mix just to avoid making it. Not this location. They are awesome! This location will have you in and out in a quick minute. The barista’s refer to you as sweetheart or doll if you are a girl, which I prefer, it lightens the mood. They are always happy too, yay! Thanks for making my daily stop a nice one. I’ll see you tomorrow.

Honestly the best Starbucks in all of Omaha! The staff is great, they work together as a single unit to get the morning rush done, the managers are awesome, the drinks are made the best way possible EVERY time! Best of all they’re not afraid of more than one modification. In fact, they rise to the challenge magnificently and make suggestions to make my drink even better!
Taylor can always be counted on to have my drink ready before I finish paying for it. My trips to Starbucks in the morning take less than 3 minutes even at the 8am rush. This location is completely out of my way but the service, smiles, and Starbucks perfection over all is worth every mile!
