Subway

I actually hate Subway and wouldn’t even give it one star, but my small son seems to like it, so I gave it a 1. Back long long time ago, Subway was good, food seemed fresh, and it was cheap. I was a broke person so would get a sandwich for 1.69 and get my card stamped. Long ago they did away with the stamps, which is still a shame. I think Subway got too big for their Britches, to fast, now I think they cut corners, food is not as fresh, and its all going down hill. Really kind of sad. I always enjoyed getting a sandwich, now I rather drive further and go somewhere else.
Now back to my last visit. My son whos 7 just lost a tooth and needed something softer to eat. He wanted a kids meal and typically gets just pepperoni and salami on it. I KNOW its not on the menu, but the workers are usually kind and make it for him (u really need to have pepperoni sandwiches for kids on the menu Subway, kids love pepperoni), in a kids meal. Not this time, the young worker was arguing with me and said they never do that. um excuse me, every other single time we came in here you have done it. crap I would even pay for double meat, so it doesn’t go to waste, nope. again I understand its not listed as a kids sandwich, but if I am willing to pay for double meat on it, I don’t see it as a problem.
Son really wanted a sandwich so we ordered the 6 inch and chips. almost 6 bucks, (you can forget about the 5 dollar sandwiches now, that is long long gone. They make a big deal about 6 buck sandwiches. which in a year will probably go up to 7, and so on and so on.

I usually eat at Subway twice a week and this location always seems to have a little fresher bread and fresher tasting ingredients.
