Of the 10 or so Subways I’ve visited in Omaha, this is my favorite. Several of the«sandwich artists» actually have listening skills, and are willing to adjust the quantity of toppings according to customer request.(Perhaps it is a sad commentary on society that I consider this as worthy of an extra star!) Some of them are thoughtful about how to place the toppings, too – mayo goes on the bread; salt/pepper goes on the cucumber. The dining area is usually pretty clean. Downsides: You may need to park a little ways away because of the location next to a Starbucks. No drive-through. After getting your drink, you need to move upstream through the crowd to get a lid and straw. Menu signs seem even more random and hard to read than other Subways.
