Target

Dec. 20, 5:07 pm, lane 19. Our checker, «New Team Member,» with the British accent, had trouble scanning items with one hand while chewing gum with an open mouth. It was as though two hands was not an option when handling merchandise. Frustrating and gross.

I browsed around looking for the best possible XBOX ONE console around town. They were all about the same price and target is just down the street from my house.
The xbox one i wanted for 349.00 2 game package was unavailable, so i went with the 2 games included and one free game with kinect for 499.
The last time i owned a xbox was about 10 years ago so i was pretty excited to get this home and plug it in. After getting it all set up, the side of the box mentioned that the game token cards were inside the box for free download. Instead of giving you the game disc itself you can just download it. When i went to look for the token cards inside the box they wernt there. By this time it was already to late to call target and notify them of this.
The next morning i called and explained that the xbox i just bought had no game codes inside. The electronics worker helped me with every need i had and understood i was slightly upset. He even offered to just give me the games instead of having to repack everything up and return it for a new one. They didnt carry one of the games that came with it so i decided to return it. I drove to 168^th super target where they let me exchange it for a new one with codes inside.
They explained to me that target is not responiable for placing codes inside bundle xbox packages like this and that a microsoft worker for xbox phyically places them inside each box and must have forgotten this one.
It kind of felt like they didnt believe me and that i was out to get something free, that was not the case. Thanks target for understanding this and Thank you for the electronics guy at the 72^nd location. He helped a ton.

Target is where my wife loves to shop. we get almost everything from here. I enjoy the staff here. We needed to buy a car Seat stroller and the lady in the baby section gave us great information on the diffrences between each one.

I LOVE this store. It’s only crowded on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. It’s clean, the staff is so friendly and they always have what’s advertised. The Starbucks inside has great service as does the target café. The tax rate is also lower at 5.5% compared to 7% at the other stores in Omaha.
