Best med spa in Omaha! Ronda Foley is one of the best injectors! She’s a trainer for Allergan (Company that owns Botox, Juvederm, Latisse, Skinmedica) and has trained most of the injectors in Nebraska and several other states, so why not have the best inject you?! She actually cares about her clients and wants you to be happy with your results. She will not push services or products just to make money. She educates you on services/​products and let’s you make a decision on what you want to do. Also, their Botox is fresh and not diluted like some places do to save money. I love this place! They treat you so well and do excellent services. I have had Botox and Juvederm done here. I have had botox other places and it felt like a drive thru. Te Bella pampers you! I love Rhonda and trust her 100%!

I bought a Groupon for a chemical peel here. According to the spa, this is a 45 minute procedure. Although I understood I was going to a med spa, instead of a salon spa, I was expecting a relaxing experience. Instead, it was very much like going to a doctor’s office. You lie on the table (no blankets or robes), the professional washes your face, puts the peel on, takes it off, and 20 minutes later you are done.
The upside of a med spa is typically that you don’t have to tip (per the other med spa I go to in town for my laser hair removal), but as I was leaving, the receptionist asked about leaving a tip. I ended up leaving one, but certainly didn’t tip 20% on a $ 95 procedure that lasted 20 minutes. So far, the results have been fine, but if I’m doing a facial procedure at a spa, med spa or not, I want a little pampering and relaxation, so I won’t be back.
