Long term customer, finally gave up on them. The management is not responsive to complaints. Pest control was sub par. Complaints were not addressed. Spiders were getting out of hand on the property. Webs everywhere, no inside treatments as stated. You can not talk to Omaha, always routed to a out of state operator. Termite control is sub par also, they do not inspect all the stations. I terminated the service informing the tech that came out to service the home. Next trip a new tech,(always new, they can not keep help) told them I terminated. He said I’m on the ticket so he is going to do the service. I said if you do I will not pay. I was billed for the service. I sent a certified letter Nov 25, 2015 stating my case and attached the copy of their ad stating if your not satisfied they would refund the amount paid. I did the amount was 122.55 and no reply from this lousy company. I suggest you use a local person and not this company. All they want is your money and the service is so poor and management leaves little to be desired. The help turn over is unbelievable, I wonder why!

First time in 30+ years of life that I had a company sign my name on a legal contract without my knowledge. I verbally agreed to an appointment with Mark Hansen. He sends me an email with my signature(FORGEDSIGNATURE) agreeing to pay financing fees I never knew about. None of my friends or family can believe a company would do this, even corporate Terminix didn’t believe me. Mark Hansen also forgot my 90 day guarantee and mattress covers for bed bugs so I had to leave work early for that. I called to complain, I paid $ 1000+ over the phone with my credit card. Then Terminix financing company calls me a month later saying I need to PROVE that I paid them the money!!! How do you lose $ 1000? Oh, and there’s still bed bugs in my house.
