The Caddy Shack has to be the #1 Burger in Omaha! You must try this one. I have tried all of the top places, and I have to say, The Caddy Shack WINS!!!
What a nice little bar. Nice crowd and great food. The atmosphere is one you will like without a problem. If you try their burger and don’t like it, let me know and I’ll come over and hit you on the toe with a tack hammer!

Man what more do you want? And the $ 5.00 burger and fires Lunch Special is WAAAAAY better than anything withing a mile!

Omg, great food, fun menu fantastic service and great atmosphere, all in one little local gem. If you haven’t tried it, you’ve got to get over there! Yummmm!

Always good food, cold beer and great company. Wings are amazing, sandwiches are solid and if you love tots, try the tachos. Yum!

This is the most convenient bar for us to go to as it is across the street from home, yet every time we visit it is the exact opposite of convenient. The service is slow, and seem to be always understaffed. If you have to deal with the old blonde bartender you are basically out of luck.

Very slow and rude service on multiple occasions. As a customer I felt like an inconvenience because I was keeping the staff from taking shots and getting drunk. I was also charged double for a pitcher of beer when the drunk waitress told me it would only be $ 4 and they failed to care or fix their mistake!

Awful!!! Bartenders are so rude! We came tonight and we’re immediately hassled. Bartender was very pushy. When we asked for a our receipt, she said we’d get when we leave. The floor is disgusting, the tables are sticky, and it smells terrible. The guys are finishing their beers and we’re leaving!

I have always had a good experience with food and beverage at Caddy Shack. Especially like the Monday Hot Wings and the Club Sandwich. I have not been disappointed with any food item. The staff are great people and they do a good job of keeping my drink full. I expect good friendly service wherever I go and will let them know if I do not receive it. The staff here might not be the fastest but they really care about the customer.

Dealt with the drunk owner over a small over charge on my bill. Never again, terrible experience. Lots of great bars in Omaha, this isn’t one of them. I’ll do my best to recommend any place other than this hole.

90 minutes for wings on «wing night.» Need I say more? Ok, tortilla chips in chips and dip were stale too. #blah

I typically only go here for lunch and the food doesn’t disappoint. Thursday lunch special is spaghetti with either beer cheese or meat sauce (or ½ and ½). $ 7.50 for large platte of spaghetti and garlic bread. Do the ½ & ½… tasty. No complaints

Terrible service! We waited 1hr for our food and the servers were rood. Third visit and each time the experience has gotten worse. The only reason I am giving 1 star is it is close to my home.

Not a bad place, but the service sucks! When the manager is there it’s decent, but if he’s gone good luck getting a beer. Or a smile. Many times we have waited 20+ minutes for a beer! yes they are busy, but we’ve been to way busier places where there are fewer servers and have way better service.
Wait Staff needs to get some pep in their step, and a can do attitude. Quit facebooking and make some money!

One saving grace: they have good char buffed hot wings. However, I have been to this bar 5 times this summer. Every time I am in there, it feels like the wait staff is annoyed to have to serve me. Seems like a place where if you’re not a regular, you don’t matter. Twice they have told us that they ran out of wings and we should get there earlier. Last night, it took 30 minutes to get a food order in and when I ordered 12 wings and my girlfriend ordered 5, a total of 17, the waitress said, «Oh my cook is going to love me.» We asked why and she said he hates when there are random numbers of wings ordered (they do not have specified amounts on the menu). 45 minutes later we got our food. Except for one person who ordered a buffalo sandwich and a salad. She never got the salad and the wait staff either didn’t notice or didn’t care. She sat the entire time we ate waiting for her food and when we were all done she said she didn’t want it anymore because it had been too long; seriously like an hour and a half. We all went to pay our bill and the waitress told us that there’s only one cook so if we (a few people from a local softball team) could give them some sort of schedule this wouldn’t happen anymore; as if this is somehow our fault. Basically, if the place fills up without them knowing, they can’t serve everyone. Other than the cheap beer, there isn’t much here outside of the regular dive atmosphere and constant replaying of the move Caddyshack. I’ve said several times that I won’t go back and have been pulled back by friends telling me to give it another chance. After last night, I won’t be giving another chance and even they admitted it was ridiculous and they won’t be going again either. There are plenty of other bars that would love for us to come and order as many wings as we want and not complain about having to make them.

Based strictly on the vibe of the place as I walked through the front door, straight to the bathroom, and right back out the door, I’ll give them 3 stars. Standard dark interior dive bar/regular’s watering hole, with a couple of crusty eyed regulars keeping the bar up at noon on a Tuesday.

A short review for place I’ve been to several times. There isn’t much one can really say about The Caddy Shack. It’s inspired by the movie but the only obvious connection are a few bits of bric-​à-​brac on the walls and a funny caricature of the characters behind the bar.
One pool table, a few games, a prize claw, and ample seating for party sized groups.
Oh, and a great bar menu backed up by decent service!
This is, by definition, the classic suburban watering hole!
