Good service. Great prices. I had a hunt coat caked in mud. It was pretty bad. I fell off a horse and into a ditch full of water and mud. I took it in thinking that they were going to turn me away or charge me a ton of money to get it dry cleaned. They took it in, but asked if they could keep it a few days longer to make sure they get everything off. Totally fine with me.
My only criticism is that my pick up date was confusing. They gave me a date on my ticket, so I showed up on that date and the girls there told me it wasn’t ready. I asked them when, and they ran round a little bit trying to find the status of my coat but couldn’t give me an answer. They said they’d call me.
Despite that little bit of confusion, they did track my coat down. It was good as new when I got it back. They gave me a discount for my inconvenience, and I don’t think I paid any more than 6 bucks. I will be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs!

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I received from Tide Dry Cleaners this past week. I had a last minute dry cleaning order that I needed before 1:00 on Christmas Eve. When a snowstorm hit I understood that I probably wouldn’t get the clothes on time but Tide went above and beyond by hand delivering the dry cleaning to my house, which is on the opposite side of town from the shop. Not only did he (I believe his name was John) get to my house on an unplowed street, he had a great attitude and didn’t seem at all like he was upset he had to be delivering dry cleaning in a snow storm on Christmas Eve. I have had horrible experiences with dry cleaners before ruining clothing, and my skirt turned out good as new. Will make the trip when I need dry cleaning in the future.

I have been a loyal Tide customer since they opened in my area last year. Unfortunately, their work has gone downhill in recent months and a less than acceptable customer service experience recently has led me to go back to the cleaner I’d used before Tide. While I loved the convenience, the kiosk, the friendly staff who delivered my fresh-​smelling garments right to my car, the email notifications my orders were ready, quick turnaround, etc. I could no longer overlook the work especially after yet another error that the manager wasn’t willing to make right.
I was a very frequent customer and it would be much easier for me to stay with Tide, but I feel like I pay good money for their service and would expect my business to be of more value.

What a great service! They come to your car when you pull up. Each person working there has been super friendly, super helpful and very prompt.
What prompted this review was that I brought in my comforter (that the cat puked on) and I didn’t realize it would take 5 days usually. Although I was a little disappointed, imagine my surprise when I was notified by email and then a phone call to tell me that it was ready the same day! They have me as a forever customer! Fantastic service!!!

Very friendly people!
Had my first experience with this new venture that Tide has rolled out and came away nothing short of astonished. Talk about a forward thinking business plan that may very well turn the industry upside down. A few points where they shine:
—– A kiosk for after hours pick up, much like a redbox, put in your card and your clothing comes to you through a small slit/​door
—— Email when dry cleaning is ready.
—— Open on Sundays
—— 50% off for first time customers
— — -And of course drive through
I fully expect to see these popping up everywhere and putting the others out of business.

Outstanding customer service. Excellent prices and thorough cleaning. My only complaint would be that I dropped off a winter jacket for cleaning and there were still dirt and food spots on it when it was returned. Cleaning for shirts, blouses, slacks, etc. is great. Fast turn around too

This place is great! I have been taking my work shirts here for about 2 months now and the people are just great. They always try to meet me in the valet but I enjoy getting inside and talking to everyone. Very hassle free and personable. The customer service can’t be beat.
