Tom Kelley’s Bowling Pro Shop

Fantastic customer service and shopping experience! After attending an evening of bowling instructions, we decided to outfit ourselves with shoes, balls and bags. Went up to the store (Tom Kelley is a gem of guy) and picked out our gear. I don’t know if prices are comparable to other places, but the whole experience was a lot of fun. Picking out a ball and having it drilled, trying on shoes (which was much like trying on any other pair of shoes) and looking at bags/​bag types would have been very overwhelming, but all the associates were friendly and had lots of helpful tips. While at the store, several other customers came in with questions/​needs. I saw each person was given the same friendly personal customer service. Best of all, this place wants you to succeed as a bowler. They will help in any way that they can to accomplish this goal.
