I had purchased a pedicure groupon from this place. After numerous phone calls to this business to schedule an apt, not once did any ever answer and return a call back, I called groupon and got a refund. Ridiculous way to run a business.

I had also purchased a pedicure for my daughter. they want to book via text… who has time to book via text! back and forth back and forth texting. They won’t call. and won’t return your text till the next day(happened twice) and the last text they didn’t respond at all. Called groupon they in return got a hold of Salon. Where they once again tried to book via text! Called groupon again and they thankfully refunded my money! Horrible customer service… horrible uncomfortable seating… unlicensed nail techs! Don’t waste your money… even for a $ 20 groupon.

Disappointed is an understatement. Let me first start by saying this«pedicure» experience was akin to having my 12 year old little sister(if I had one) give me a pedicure in my living room. This business started out as doing home pedicures and just recently opened their brick and mortar. I walked in and was quickly led to a room with a bench and pillows along one wall. This is where my 9 months pregnant self was seated for the pedicure. My feet were soaked for about 30 seconds in a stainless steel bowl on the floor. The 18 year old girl who performed my pedicure was very sweet– so this is nothing against her. That said, she was far from a nail technician and chatted about how she had just graduated and also works part-time at Michael’s craft store. She sat on a small stool and my feet were propped onto her knees throughout. She looked very uncomfortable, and I most certainly was. The actual«pedicure» was about 10 minutes– my feet were massaged maybe 1 minute each, if that, and my legs were not touched whatsoever. If you’re used to a nice leg scrub/massage, this is not the place for you. The polish application was pretty horrendous– I literally could have done a better job myself, and again I’m 9 months pregnant. The«nail art» included was a stamp– again disappointing. No pretty flourishes/polish pens used here. I initially thought it was cute that mini-marshmallows were used as toe separators, until she went to remove them and they had partially melted making a gooey mess in between my toes! Overall, I feel like the $ 20 I spent on this via Groupon was such a waste– although I’m grateful I didn’t spend the usual $ 40! I will be going to an actual nail salon(which I thought this was) ASAP and I hope I make it in time before the baby arrives. Not relaxing, not comfortable, not even pretty toenails to show afterward. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
