Value Place

Dude, this is such a misrepresentation! I did a virtual tour and zoomed out and the refrigerator in the images was clearly enough to fit several full sized corpses. The toilet was large enough for 12 people to pee in at the same time. The microwave was capable of reheating an entire 6 foot rack of tyrannosaurus ribs and the bed would comfortable sleep 17 people. Not to mention the giant conference room table and 400″ flat screen TV. When I got to our REAL room everything was just normal sized. Very disappointed!

After accepting a new job in Omaha and never being here before I needed a temporary place to stay for 2 – 3 weeks while I got to know the area and found the perfect apartment. I was a little skeptical and even had a few places on speed dial just in case. It wasn’t necessary. Value Place is exactly what it says on the tin. It’s about value. The units are clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin, but it’s in the perfect location for me and close to grocery and restaurants. The internet is not the fastest but it’s adequate and reliable, but bring your own ethernet cord. I tend to stay in more high end establishments but for length of time I needed temporary housing and the price, it worked for me.
As for the other review, it clearly states no pets, and the kitchen didn’t come equipped with cookware & dinnerware. So, either buy some, bring some or find another place.
For some reason I was overcharged about $ 30 but they quickly fixed it with a phone call. Still, double check.

Well if your looking for the cheapest place to sleep for a week at a time, this is it. The bed frame was square tube steel with a matress, one roll of toilet paper then the rest is on you. They come with a kitchen, but no pots and pans. Its a bare bones staying situation. They clean every other week. They were very nice when they asked us to relocate to another hotel due to their no pet policy. They charged us for for the scheduled two weeks for two rooms even though we were no longer staying there. The staff is very friendly and willing to keep our money
