Vine + Branch is a wonderful place in the Old Market. I have yet to try their wine and food services but I’m looking forward to a cheese tray in the future. I’m giving them the five star review because of the atmosphere, the attentive and friendly staff, and their great products. Their olive oil selection is fabulous. I pick up a new bottle of oil and vinegar every few months. The flavors are typically spot-on. I love the Tuscan Herb, Sweet Basil, and Chipotle oils and the Fig balsamic. The tasting room atmosphere is great. You can sample the oils and vinegars on small pieces of bread. On weekends, there’s usually a staff member outside offering samples like rosemary olive oil popcorn or blood orange brownies. I’d recommend visiting for a nice shopping experience when you’re in the neighborhood or picking up some gifts(including bottles of wine, locally-made dry pastas, and more).

What an awesome store! With some time to kill we popped in to browse and were greeted warmly by a woman who I think might be the owner. She explained a little bit about the set up and choices, and then we got down to business tasting some delicious olive oils and vinegars. Since I had a carry-on suitcase I was only able to purchase some of the little bottles of oil/vinegar and salts but I was ready to take home half the store!

Vine + Branch has been downtown for just over a year. They have a very niche market and hopefully a bright future ahead. I first came across a store like this in So Cal, while on vacation. A neat little shop, but if you fly, you might have an issue taking some of the items home. Since using a Living Social discount I have come back numerous times. My favorites are the Vinegar reductions, specifically the Strawberry-Peach, Fig, and Wild Raspberry. They pour out slower than cold syrup. I am not a huge fan of the oils, but they are really good. Just not really my thing. I like to make bruschetta draped with some arugala and drizzled with the Fig vinegar. Try stopping in. Free samples and they also have some decent wines to taste or take home. I look forward to going to one of the drinking and painting siorees

Outstanding venue for lunch. We visit regularly for a meat and cheese board with fruit, nuts, and warm bread. We also add delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars and a glass of wine. The atmosphere is delightful. I recommend it highly.

Great addition to the Old Market. We visited for a Vino Van Gogh painting session and I can’t wait to go back. We had the cheese plate and a glass of wine. I bought a couple bottles of balsalmic and oil to take home as well. They have a wonderful assortment and you can try all the flavors before you commit.

Went last night for a painting/drinking shindig, and was really impressed! The cheese plate was delicious, and just the right amount. We went around and tasted the different olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The different flavors were amazing, and I will be purchasing bottles for housewarmings and hostess gifts. Can’t wait to go back and try the flatbreads!

I usually save the 5 stars for places with patios(they do have plans to have outdoor seating in the future) — but the sweet ladies who work here, and their awesome cheese tray set them at 5 stars. Always great to have another locally owned business in Omaha, and even more so in downtown! We have been here once before for some olive oil/vinegar tasting. They have the little pieces of bread for you to try the oils and vinegars. They are really good at giving advice on how you might us your different oils and such. Last Friday, my bf and I stopped in before dinner to grab a glass of wine, I had the«Ca’Momi Bianco Di napa», which was a crisp, delicious white for this un-fall-like day! and the Bf had a Chardonnay. They have a great selection by the glass or bottle. We decided on the cheese plate, which was piled high with 3 cheeses, grapes, dried apricots, sweet pecans, and almonds. They brought out hot bread and we got to select the oils and vinegars we wanted to have with them! We could not believe the amount of cheese and delicious goodies that were on here, it would have easily been a good cheese tray for 3 or 4 people. We were also informed of upcoming cooking classes, and new flatbread pizzas. They also have a TV and have games on when requested. They are accommodating everyone :) The other day I stopped in and they had strawberries with a dark chocolate balsamic for tasting — yum! I grabbed some aged balsamic to go, and look forward to bringing girlfriends back. It is a quaint, comfortable space to chat, taste and drink. The décor is cozy, tasteful, and rustic. Thank you ladies for bringing your business downtown!
