Waterfall Lounge

Wonderful place, good atmosphere and wonderful staff. I recommend the sob sandwich with sweet potato tots either that or their pizza, you can not go wrong with their pizza (the taco pizza is delightful). When it comes to drinks they can whip up an amazing cocktail. I’ve never had a bad time with this place.

Food was so so. Only one bartender which also pretend to be a waitress and tend to keno. Waited till your beer was almost done then would grab it and throw it away in hopes you would purchase another

Came here for lunch after a morning 9 at golf course next door. The beer cheese pretzels were spot on and the chicken salad I had was OK for a bar. The service was good as my water good refilled 3 times. Looks like they have some good food specials during the week, will probably be back for lunch again with coworkers.

Laminate wood floor makes this place loud. VERY LOUD! Can’t even converse across the table normally. I mean Loud!
Service: meh. Been here a few times and haven’t really had a pleasant experience with the wait staff. Very abrupt. Not very friendly. Kind of a «what do you want» experience.
I only come back because it’s close to home. Certainly not because it’s inviting.

I’ve been to this bar once and will not go back. I never got a drink because the wait staff were too busy socializing and the crowd is more 21 – 25.
The atmosphere leaves you feeling awkward and the layout wasn’t thought out too well. I’m not impressed.

They have zero wall insulation or sound absorption on the walls so it’s hard to have a conversation — they skimp on the easy stuff. like HD TVs ~ if a bachelorette party comes in you cannot hear across your table and it’s already a struggle when the jukebox is on. You just hope to get a server who smiles or has any personality. If this place wasn’t the only choice in the area, it wouldn’t be able to stand up to competition. Tried it for lunch one day. Big mistake! Just bar food and bad bar food at that! Service is nearly non-​existent! The help spends more time yacking it up instead of waiting on the customers. These people don’t even have a clue as to what is going on! 3 people behind the bar and it was like pulling teeth to get just one of them to wait on you!
This is one of those places that needs Jon Taffer to chew them a new one and teach them how to run a business for the customer and not for their own pleasure! Did the people who own O Face in CB buy this place? Sure seems like it!

The food here is surprisingly good for bar food. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is the best I have had in Omaha. Their BBQ chicken pizza is also amazing.
The service is horrific. It’s sad because if I owned this place and watched how the staff worked I would freak out. You sit with empty drinks while the staff hangs out. It must be a fun place to work. Must be nice to play with your phones and ignore people.
Food, really really good. Service, really really bad.
Frankly, I bet they don’t care cause the place is usually pretty busy. Good for them. I keep going back but I keep my expectations on getting drinks low. Too bad as I would likely spend 50% more than I do here just because I sit with an empty glass.
In fairness, I have to repeat — the food really is good.

Worst dining experience ever. Waitress took forever to even acknowledge us. Messed up our order and it took them forever to get us our food. Drinks were never refilled. Food was ok, what you would expect at an average sports bar. Then there was a wood chip in my chicken philly… gross! Never going back and never recommending to anyone.

It’s strange to watch the staff drink behind the bar. Service was good. Food was good. Atmosphere was good.
I don’t understand why they couldn’t split the check.

I live close to this bar, so its very convenient since there isn’t much to choose from in the area. They also recently remodeled so it’s very nice inside. The food is good. Unfortunately I always am disappointed with the service. I’ve been there almost 10 times and I have walked away almost everytime feeling like I was a burden to the servers. They are not friendly and it seems like I am getting in the way of them having shots with the other servers and the manager behind the bar. Its the perfect location within walking distance home however, I try to avoid it now because of the negative service.

We were headed to Roja for dinner and drinks but after seeing the wait, we went elsewhere. Somebody in my group had driven past Waterfall Lounge and suggested that we try it. It was a ways away but we decided to make the trip anyway. It gets its name from a waterfall that’s behind the grill. Other than that, it was a standard bar with flat screens tv’s on the wall and probably a bit too dim.
The menu was small (appetizers, salads, burgers, and pizza). I ordered The Angel which was a taco pizza. My friends ordered The Niagara (looked like a combo pizza) and the five alarm burger with fries. My small pizza was 10″ and more than enough for a meal. Not bad for $ 8. Overall, the pizza was just okay. I’ve had better taco pizzas (Godfathers still is the stand out) and I’ve had worse. It had a refried bean base, hamburger, cheese, lettuce, cheddar and a side of salsa and sour cream.
The service was good not great but the place was fairly busy. All-​in-​all, it was a decent experience but probably not a place I’d go back to again. Part of that is because I live on the other side of town and it wasn’t that memorable.
