It’s a good thing that the actual apartments are in good shape, because this place has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever been around. Between constant paperwork screw ups, the pool opening weeks late, the never-​ending staff turnover in the office, and complete inability to respond to maintenance requests, this place is terrible.
It’s a bummer, because the apartments themselves are reasonably priced, if a little bit dated on décor. The location is nice, but try to avoid living here unless you absolutely have to.
EDIT: Credit where credit is due. They’ve had the same staff for several months now. Still sucks that they don’t have a website and you can’t pay rent online. Plus, maintenance is still an issue. I’m bumping them up to three stars.
