My low rating is currently based on the horrible customer service I received from a customer service representative by the name of Eunice. She had a snarky attitude from the beginning of my 1st phone call, told me I had insufficient funds(which was different from the error message I was getting about my address not matching) and that I should call my bank. I did, even though I knew that wasn’t the problem, just so I could move the process along with her. When I called back to inform her that the bank said it should go through, she back peddled saying she never said that was the exact problem and that she didn’t know what the problem was, at all. Which was interesting to me, since it gave me an exact reason on the website, when I did it myself, but she’s doing it, in office, and it gives her no specific reason. Eunice was insulting. If the actual website never told her that the payment was declined due to insufficient funds then she assumed that was the reason and was more than wrong in her assumptions. Turns out, if you use the website directly it doesn’t work but when I decided to try my Paypal account, using the same card, it went through just fine. I had previously told Eunice I thought that it was a technical error, while I proceeded to call her an «insufficient idiot»(I own up to all my faults, but in my defense she kept cutting me off, had insulted me, and was lying to me about our previous conversation. A person can only take so much disrespect when dealing with a company), but because she was so insistent on her assumptions she never once gave a ANY solution or even tried to solve the problem. I won’t recommend this company to anyone and the only reason they received my business this time was because we needed cap and gowns quickly. Next time I’ll use a company that reasons their customer service representatives to actually solve problems. I’ll also, update with the quality of the cap and gowns once they come in.
