Me — Hello Elana I recently had my home inspected and was informed that the whirlpool tub is missing a ground wire. Ellana — Is this new construction? Me — Yes, I’ve been in the home for less than a year and Wolfe Electric did the electrical wiring. Ellana — Okay what is your name, number, and address? Me — /Information Provided/ Ellana — Okay I will pass along your information to one of the electricians and someone will call you back. Me — I need someone to come out on Thursday, if possible. Ellana — Okay If someone doesn’t call you back by uh 4:30, call me back. Me — Okay thanks My spidey senses kicked in so I waited a couple hours and called back. Lady on the other end — Hello this is Ellana how may I help you Me — What time do you close today? Ellana — Who is this? Me — What time do you close today? Ellana — We close at 4pm Me — Ellana I called earlier and you asked me to call back during a time you knew you would be closed. Next day call placed at 8AM Me — I have a house less than a year old and your company did the electrical wiring. I was recently notified that the whirlpool tub is missing the ground wire and I need someone to come out. Man — Okay give me your name, number, and address and I will have someone call you right back.
