Every Kohls has a ton of stuff that I’m never looking for but always seem to find. I do enjoy the coupons and deals that we often find. This place always seems clean and customer service is willing and able to help. Always check for coupons, you can save a ton and get some really good deals if you work it just right.

Went in today to get leggings but was unable to find any in my size due to a lack of organization. Every department was unorganized. I looked in juniors, womens, active wear, and intimates (socks area), and all of them had leggings but all of the styles and sizes were mixed up so I would find a style I likes but she I found the right size it was the wrong style. I think they should do what target does and have a lady work the changing room so that clothes get put away properly.
I did find a pair of earrings I like and they carry my favorite lotion by cake beauty.

Great selection of stuff at reasonable prices. Not always easy to find your size, though, since at least the clothing department is not well-​organized. Today I was looking for women’s boot cut jeans. There were hundreds of pairs to choose from! But they were all crammed together in a too-​small space and it was impossible to easily find the size I was looking for unless I pulled them all out and dug for what I wanted. Also, juniors & misses sizes and boot cut & other styles were mixed together, which compounded the problem. Unfortunately I didn’t have time today so I will need to look elsewhere. Maybe display less stuff, organize by style, color & size — that would be a huge help and may improve your sales.

Have been to many different Kohls locations and I am always impressed with the quality of customer service the Onalaska Store delivers. It makes every trip enjoyable and we are travelling from Tomah. The clerks are always happy and smiling and create small talk. I always forget my coupons at home and they have always given me extras. I even had expired Kohls cash and the woman clerk honored it. It made my day! Big shout out to the staff and managers, store is always clean and friendly! Keep up the great work.

I have been to Kohl’s Department Store many times and have never really bought anything. I always want to but never do. Last week I bought tights with a $ 10 coupon but I never really find anything there I like.
Last night, my hubby came home with a steam cleaner. We had talked about buying one and he decided it needed to be done and bought it at Kohl’s after checking the prices at a couple of places. If he would have checked with me, he would have known I had a 25% off coupon. But he didn’t. We went back to the store that night thinking there would be a hassle but No, not a hassle at all. The lady took our receipt, used the coupon and put $ 52 back on our card. Easy, easy, easy. WOW! Now I know why people love this store.
I will be back.
