Lisa was very prompt and responsive in the months leading up to our wedding and we were excited to work with her. She sent us a price list and we went into contract with her. However, we have still not received our photographs four months later even though our contract stated a maximum of 8 weeks wait. She also charged us for two photographers but only sent one. In the months since our wedding, she has been very difficult to get a hold of and doesn’t reply to emails. We are considering legal action.
