This is the only mechanic I trust. He doesn’t accept credit, but has much better rates than dealerships. He usually books appointments weeks ahead and there isn’t much of a waiting area, but he’s worth it.
Unlike most of the money grubbers out there, he will actually advise against repairs he doesn’t think are necessary at the moment.
Go to dealerships if you want, but before getting any major work done, go to Mac for a second opinion and let him earn your trust; he’ll soon be the first and only opinion you need.
