Extremely filthy gym, they are hostile towards females (asked to have the female bathroom cleaned and they said we only have two female members so it gets cleaned once a week, which is a lie because I saw many females there), and they illegally back out of their contracts with business partners. They also act rudely when you try to work things out with them.

Oneonta, NY
Muscles in motion is a pretty good gym with plenty of equipment. Its more of a guys gym, lots of free weights, flat benches incline benches etc. Some cable machines too. There is plenty of space. The price is right at $ 7 a day or $ 37 for a month. 24 hour access is available. The locker room could use improvement. All in all its pretty good and is the only gym in the area with 24 hour access.
