1) great food. Very tasty and cheap. 2) the place is fun looking but it could be cleaned up from the outside. 3) the flavors are creative but both the bagels and cream cheeses arent string in whatever flavor you choose. 4) get a SEC on an asiago bagel.

My husband and I loved the bagel sandwiches here! Best bagel sandwiches we have had since living in NYC! Must stop next time you are visiting Cooperstown.

Great bagels, great cream cheese and friendly staff. The only problem is that they advertise their fresh squeezed orange juice and they haven’t had it in a year. It is written on a chalk board, if you’re not going to make it erase it.

While their food is good, the service is terrible. Slow and no one ever smiles. Not my favorite.

First off, let me say I’m from New York City, and my dad owned a bagel shop when I was little. I know a thing or two about bagels. The bagels here are very ok. They aren’t made in house and are merely frozen bake-offs. This isn’t the end of the world, considering really good bagels are becoming harder and harder to find even in NYC these days. What really kills me about this place is the service. Between the crappy attitudes(save a few employees), and the consistently inconsistent wait times and order accuracy, I really don’t know why I keep going back… If you have some time and don’t mind having to send your order back a few times, give it a try. They have a pretty good coffee selection and fresh squeezed OJ.

The oneonta bagel company is really affordable good food and quick service! They have at least 7 different brews of coffee all fresh brewed. Love there egg and cheese bagels and french toast. They also have really good lunch sandwiches and wraps! Although my favorite is there egg and cheese bagels. There are no waitress or waiters it is quick service. So of course it is no frills. The employess are always very nice and willing to help you in any way. They also almost always have really good cheap specials. So if you are ever in Ononta, NY. Stop by the Oneonta Bagel Co. Close to NYC bagels but half the cost. I see no draw backs! Actually headed to grab an egg and cheese on everything before I leave for the airport and head out. So I can get a dose of the salty crispy savory yummyness!

Walked in for a bagel with my family today at around 10 o’clock this morning. We walked to the counter and the staff member working there didn’t even look up to greet us or ask us to wait a moment while she finished what she was doing. Incompetence is every companies downfall. We walked out extremely disappointed. Staff should be attentive and friendly, but she looked like she just woke up

service is garbage, food is not bad. Not NY bagels but closest you’re gonna get, SERVICEISHORRIBLE. Their system is horrible, had to go back due to order mistakes numerous times. Theyre toaster is too high and they burn the bagels, plus they dont even spread the cream cheese. their mondo breakfast special is good though, decent place that could be so much better.

Decent(for not NYC) bagels… Check. Free wifi… Check. That’s really all there is to it… with no additional frills. I drove up from my no-internet-havin’ Catskills cabin to get some work done and it did the job.

This is the go-to place for breakfast food in Oneonta. Everything is reasonably priced and they have a great selection of cream cheese. One thing you should be aware though, is that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Pretty respectable bagels and spreads. They’ll make any kind of bagel combination sandwich you want and the price is right. Good spot for breakfast too.

Good food and good specials bring me back to the Bagel Company a few times a semester when I have free time in the morning. The hash and eggs are particularly good, but everything is decent traditional breakfast fare. For somewhere called the Bagel Company, though, I would expect them to focus more on their bagels and less on breakfast specials. The one complaint I have about this place is the fact that it’s closed on Sundays. Forces me to go to someplace else where the line is out the door and all I can get is an egg sandwich.
