Worst service I have ever had and not just one time. On several occasions they have given me the wrong order, coffee that is no where near what I ordered and made me wait in the drive through over 20 minutes for a sandwich. Tried talking to the manager but they clearly didn’t care. I believe the words they used were «I’m not paid enough to care»

Stopped quick for breakfast after a Doctors Appointment. Have been here before and it is a typical dunkies but the drive thru attendant was kind of rude. And the coffee had a ton of room left in the cup. Not the best experience. This is why I prefer Starbucks.

I am giving this location a 2 star rating because the associates were decent as far as kindness, cleanliness, and hard working. However, I ordered one item that they didn’t get right. They didn’t put the ham on my ham & cheese grilled sandwich.
The sandwich was gross, it was Texas toast that was way over buttered and the cheese wasn’t even melted. What kind of grilled cheese sandwich is served with out melted cheese.
Location was clean and inviting but I don’t know why they messed up such an easy order. Bad day I guess…

Blech! Ordered a flavored latte w extra sugar. Got a plain latte-no sugar. Gross. Not drinkable. Tastes like dirt. That’s the sucky part about going through the drive-thru. Blah blah blah. Try harder guys!
