I have been a client at TarraDean Studios for 15 years and have referred over 10 new clients who’ve asked me, «who does your hair?» This is a professional salon offering latest trends or traditional classics, the environment is warm yet exciting… a small town salon with a city vibe. In my 15 years going to this salon, I have had one bad experience. It was not the salons fault, it was a keratin solution that was manufactured with an issue that caused the treatment to not take properly. Being the customer service driven owner she is, Tarra Dean complained to the Keratin manufacturer and she managed to have the New England region Keratin Complex lead educator come to her salon to redo my Keratin treatment at no cost to me! TarraDean Studios is a gem, if you aren’t currently a client there, you really should schedule an appt and treat yourself to the best salon around!

I have been a Client of Tarra’s since way back — 1996 when she was in Plymouth at a different salon. Once she fulfilled her dream of opening her own Salon, TarraDean Studio in Onset, the level of customer service and professionalism reflect Tarra’s philosophy of what the Salon experience should be. From being greeted at the Receptionist area, to having my favorite beverage offered to me, and then receiving the most amazing on trend haircut and color from one of Matrix’s Masters — close your eyes and you think you were on Newbury St — but without the high prices or parking hassles. All of the stylists on staff are professionally trained by Tarra and reflect her commitment to meeting and exceeding the clients expectations of a new«do» and the Salon experience. A recent addition of a fabulous Nail Technician completes the one stop Salon experience. She does the most incredible manicures and pedicures! Whatever pampering you need, TarraDean Studio is the place!

Since I’ve left the last review, TarraDean reached out to me multiple times. After several phone calls rehashing all of my issues with the studio, along with promises that they would talk with Tarra and get in touch with me regarding potentially resolving my issues with them, I have heard nothing. So…they spent another hour of my life playing phone tag, explaining(AGAIN) all of my issues with the salon, and them attempting to explain away all of the issues I dealt with. It’s one thing to try and discover what the problems were to attempt to resolve them and help a customer leave happy. It’s another thing to just grill an unhappy client and then offer no resolutions whatsoever.
