Evictions are not an easy business. Generally, if you are reading this, you are dealing with people who don’t want to leave your property and feel entitled to your home. Not a good situation. I have to say Robert came through for me. It wasn’t cheap, and the process took about 60 days, but Robert and his team of lawyers and locksmith came through. From the serving of the 3-​day notice, to filing of the unlawful detainer notice… (even through the two times my delinquent tenant took me to court to try and stop the eviction)… He defended me and got my house back. Robert always answered my texts and gave a settling calm to a crazy situation. An eviction isn’t fun… If you could handle it yourself, you wouldn’t be reading this… But Robert and his team understand the process better than the criminals that are freeloading in your property.
