I called this morning to schedule a cab to take me to the airport. I went through the entire process of giving my name, my address, & booking a specific time. When the car wasn’t here 10 minutes after that time, I called and was transferred to another company without apology or explanation. Thanks a bunch since I’m actually getting customer service now! If you can’t schedule a cab or are running late, calling is usually appropriate as I assume its why you took down my number in the first place!

Called for a taxi to be picked up at the rental car return, 30 mins later no one still had shown up. I called back and was told he picked up someone else instead! Will never ever use them!
