I had a different experience than previous reviewers. I was immediately greeted and the staff was nothing but attentive. I have very picky feet and usually wear ugly(but comfortable keens) and was looking for something a little more dressy. Found my size.(11) and could not be more thrilled. Aerosoles are my new best friends for my feet.

I was in the market for comfortable sandals and of course Aerosoles came to mind. I had high hopes because my cousin had previously bought heels from them that she swears are the most comfortable shoes she owns. When I entered, there were two sales associates in the middle of the store chatting away about their personal lives, completely ignoring me and the other 3 customers in the store. It seems like the majority of their stock is on the floor, so maybe the saleswomen feel like they don’t have to help customers get their sizes? Anyway, they have an ok selection of shoes and bad service. You’ll probably find the same shoes and get a better deal in another part of the mall.

Was not greeted or acknowledged when we made eye contact in front. Walked right in between the 2 girl associates and they didn’t even skip a beat in their enthralling conversation about this girl named Tina(maybe a co-worker) that was a total bitch. Kept looking around and then had to walk out because they would not help at all.

After having had foot surgery, I was ready for my new shoes. My mom recommended aerosoles and upon a visit to the Mills, I discovered they had a store. I was able to find a shoe I liked right away but unfortunately they did not have my size available. The young lady at the register informed me that they could pull them from a store in Chicago and have them shipped to me. I agreed, paid for them and went on my merry way. That was on 4÷19÷14. Almost 3 weeks later and still no shoes, I contacted the store. I was informed that my shoes had been delivered and had a confirmation from UPS. I explained to her at that time that I had never received the shoes. She then informed me that she would credit my debit card which was used for the transaction but because it was a Friday the credit most likely would be done that Monday. I waited until that following Friday and still no credit. I contacted the store once again and was informed that they had done their part and credited my bank credit and it was now out of their hands, not to call again and take it up with my bank. Today is a little over a month. I have no shoes and still have not received my money bank. I contacted corporate about it last week and I received an email from them informing me that they would contact the store manager and someone would call me back, well that was last week… still waiting.
