Can anyone spell liars? I am being ripped off by my Trust in Palm Desert, Ca., The Resource Group, headed by Michele Moore. $ 15,000-$ 25,000 per month coming in and in 5 years since she became independent trustee, with only two houses and one in San Diego that has 4 rentals and profits $ 5,000 per month and should easily cover the expenses, taxes, and the mortgage payments for both homes, leaving easily $ 2,500-$ 5,000 per month for each of the 5 income beneficiaries, she claims that there is no money to pay the beneficiaries and as a result, she has never paid a penny to the beneficiaries. The income is from oil and gas. After being drained by two attorneys for more than $ 35,000, I went pro-​per against her, Cosgrove and Cosgrove, and Humphrey. After losing most of my petition and being painted to be the culprit, I was amazed at this well oiled and totally corrupt legal system headed by a lofty Judge. All of my benefits have been taken away but the trustee continues to pile on debt for my half of the electric bill and ignoring giving me credit for what she illegally has stolen from me with the grace of the court. Paying the attorneys $ 55,000 for 2 ½ months of service on top of 10’s of thousands of dollars already, they perjured themselves countless times and all my evidence was not accepted and called heresay even when I produced evidence on company letterhead. Needless to say, I was crushed. I have 5 pets and recently a week ago, had to put one of my dogs to sleep because, in my opinion, the trustee was negligent in paying the vet bill as ordered by the trust, and Buddy was neglected as a result. I’m on disability and earn less than $ 800 per month. He was only 9. My best friend of 30 years that I took care of in his last years, probably still rolls in his grave if he can see what his brother has done to his trust. There were four trustees beginning with but his brother convinced everyone to sign away their trusteeship. I did not want to do this being a trustee. I was told by my lawyer and them and their attorneys Cosgrove and Cosgrove and Humphrey that if I didn’t sign the paper that I would be taken to court and labeled a hostile trustee and forced by the court to sign the paper. Stupidly I did so. Desperate, I got on the internet trying to look for a lawyer or anyone that could help. I found organizations that I wrote and never got an answer from. Then I found Albertson and Davidson. They claimed to care and help out the abused beneficiary. They have a video on the internet at their website claiming to also help the abused beneficiary. Well, after licking my wounds for a couple of months I contacted the firm and was given an appointment time to call back and told as well that they still help the abused beneficiary. When I called back, I was forwarded to Stuart Albertson or Davidson, can’t remember which last name is correct but I don’t think it matters, obviously not to this law firm anyway. I was asked how much money was in the trust, and basically told that there are a lot of people like I was and that there just wasn’t enough money for them to do anything with my case and politely given a phone number to an attorney that Mr. Albertson or Davidson said probably would not take my case anyhow and then the number for the lawyer referral service for Riverside County. What happened to helping the abused beneficiary? I clearly had enough money to reimburse these men with if they were really what they claim to be and could win the case for me. These people have stolen over a million dollars in five years and this is truly not hearsay. My biggest worry is about my pets. I don’t care about the money that much but when it starts affecting my pets and their precious lives I’ll do anything I can to expose these crooks. As for Albertson and Davidson, just a bunch of liars trying to attract people being severely wronged when they’re true motive is wrangling in perspective clientele they think they can do more of the same to. Steal their money. Beware of the Southern California legal system. Especially, if you are trying to leave loved ones your hard earned money and are using an independent trustee. They’ll never see a dime of it. I couldn’t imagine something like this happening to my late Mother or another helpless victim who was provided for by a loved one who carefully spent their entire lives saving their hard earned money to provide for them only to have it stolen by the legal system that is there to protect us to begin with. Does anyone care? That may just be the problem anymore. Does anyone care?
